Returned merchandise will be accepted for credit only
if in resalable condition and after arrangements have
been made with us for its return. Please report any
discrepancies such as shortages or pull wrongs within
5 days. We assume no obligation to accept
merchandise for credit after 30 days from date of
invoice. Any merchandise that is past its expiration
date can not be returned for credit or exchange.
Special ordered merchandise is not subject to return.
Authorized merchandise for return must be in its
original box/container, except merchandise that is
being returned defective. Please do not write or mark
on the original package. If original packaging is
damaged or torn, it may not be accepted for credit.
In requesting authorization to return merchandise,
please furnish the following:
1) Invoice Number
2) Date of Invoice
3) Product Number
4) Quantity
5) Reason for Return
A Note About Returns
As your supplier, we will work with you on the return of
incorrectly ordered merchandise, but more importantly,
we want to work with you up front to insure that you
receive your order correctly the first time. To avoid
returns, please make sure that you are ordering exactly
the product you want and that you always use the
complete item number
